Marketplace is Under the Weather, Picked a Bad Day Too

Well this must suck. On a momentous day when the Windows Phone Marketplace has soared to an unreal 25,000 apps, the Marketplace itself is a bit under the weather. According to multiple reports including our own experience, the Marketplace is seriously laggy right now. By our quick and completely non-scientific estimate, everything you attempt to load is taking quadruple the time it would normally take which means if you're trying to load it on 3G right now we seriously pity you. Stay tuned everyone and we'll see if Microsoft will make a comment soon.
