Easy Guide on how to setup Facebook Chat in Mango

One of the coolest features Microsoft has incorporated into Mango is undoubtedly Threads, the seamless integration of SMS with Facebook and Live Messenger chat. We were extremely excited to check out the feature after we received our Mango update...but it didn't work. So what happened? It turns out that even if your Facebook account is linked to your phone, it also has to be linked to your Windows Live account. Luckily we found this awesome and friendly guide to make sure your Mango device is up and running with Facebook chat from the guys at Mobility Minded.

It's not exactly as automatic of a process as it should be in our opinion so hopefully Microsoft considers tweaking the setup to be a little more user-friendly (and preferably direct from the phone).
