Rumor: Nokia's First Windows Phones Will be the W7 and W8?

It looks like Nokia may have let slip some of their first real details regarding their upcoming WP7 hardware during this week of MIX'11 news. Eldar Murtazin, the cell phone insider of Mobile-Review and an extremely credible source, is the source of that news. According to a brief tweet of his, the official name for the first Nokia hardware running Microsoft's latest will be called the W7 and the W8. The former will be similar in design to the recently announced Nokia X7 (pictured to the top-left) while the W8 will share its good looks with the original Symbian^3 flagship, the N8 (picture to the top-right).

Both phones look excellent from a hardware standpoint and it will be interesting to see what happens on the software side too...but what's more exciting is the fact that we're actually getting news about Nokia Windows Phones!
